Did you know that over 30% of all strikes are actually located, marked up, and then hit?
Our strike alert only activates when you are within 300mm of a service and can be used to measure depth.
Multiple services cannot be identified when the gain is set too high. When a service is located and before tracing commences, it is recommended that you turn the trace down to 50%. At this level sudden changes of direction and services running parallel are easily identified.
A CAT used on it’s own will find less than 20% of what could be buried. In many cases services cannot be detected by using power and radio models as these signals are often weak or simply not there. By using the Genny you are applying a strong signal which is easily detected by the CAT. Remember you are at risk every time you scan without a Genny!
