As Performance and Administration Manager Claire ensures that all administrative processes are being followed and she reports on how the business is performing against KPI’s and Service Level Agreements.
Also under Claire’s remit is Clancy Plant Customer Services, she is responsible for ensuring any customer contact is resolved quickly and that the customer is satisfied with the outcome.
Claire joined the business in May 2006 after completing a BA Hons in Graphic Communication. This qualification has enabled her to bring an element of creativity to her role and she has been trusted with various marketing related tasks, including managing all Clancy Plant’s social media accounts.
